    Depends on which drugs. I’d hate to be living here by 27th and Vliet if penicillin had never been discovered, and even if we lived in Chenaqua my wee wifey would be in big trouble if insulin had never been discovered.

    The real question is what would they be like if prohibitions had never created the criminal cultures surrounding drug use,
