Kloppenburg really has nothing to carp about, Prosser is the one who should be pissed

But the people who have a real right to complain are Supreme Court Justice David Prosser and the voters of Brookfield.

Because of the screw up, the legitimacy of David Prosser’s re-election is now in doubt when it shouldn’t have been.

And if the error hadn’t been discovered an entire city would have been disenfranchised.

The scandal is not that the Brookfield votes were found…it’s that they were ever lost in the first place.
