“The Obama administration is warning Congress that if it doesn't move to regulate greenhouse gases, the Environmental Protection Agency will take a "command-and-control" role over the process in a way that could hurt business. ”

“Command and control” didn’t work for the commies. Why would we think it would work for us?

    I’m getting tired of alphabet agencies (EPA, OSHA, BATF, IRS, etc) running things; the Constitution requires that laws are to be passed by Congress, yet the federal government gets around this by having some agency of appointed officials enforce rules and laws that no one voted for.
