I went to the Journal Sentinel’s Remodelers Show, today

And there was hardly anyone there.

I don’t think the economy is gonna get much better anytime soon.

    They’re going to remodel the Journal Sentinel? About bloody time, if you ask me. The whole thing leans too far to the right.

    Elliot – I am doing some remodeling of my home and have seen plenty of folks at the Big Boxes. Some of my smaller suppliers are ready to deal and are providing me exceptional service and prices.

    A few days ago during lunch we where joking about how empty “the show” was going to be. The construction side of things ain’t doing so good. If your remodeling and you have cash, your cock of the walk right about now. When getting bids, let it be known your “weighing your options” and prices will drop, the market is cut throat. Just make sure your contractors aren’t too busy with other projects to finish the job.
