What if McCain wins?

The press has crowned Obama.
Barack has already taken a victory lap of Europe.
So what happens if McCain squeaks out a victory?
(Other than the inevitable proclaiming of America to be filled with racists?)

I’ll tell you what will happen… we’ll have a repeat of Al Gore whining and crying and dragging out the final results for what seems like an eternity, and we’ll have the political left bitching for four/eight years about how McCain stole the election.

More war, debt, and definitely more crime due to a suffering economy.
I’m not head-over-heels for Obama, but having McCain as president will be just like having Bush for another four years, which so far hasn’t been working. As a nation, our strategies need to change.

McCain was denied the Navy admiralty that both his father and gradfather had attained. That has motivated him to run for president three times in order to feel important. Just like Bush, he has spent his life trying to be like his father and grandfather. Coming from a professional military family, MCain is a war hawk who believes that the world’s problems can be solved by the U.S. military getting involved in the problems of other countries. He’s still trying to win the Vietnam War which caused him so much pain and anguish. But Iraq is not Vietnam and McCain is not his father.
