Madison is contributing more to global warming than Milwaukee?

On a per capita basis, metro Milwaukee produces fewer greenhouse gas emissions than Madison
I guess I’m not all that surprised. Every time a liberal college professor in Madison opens his or her mouth, all that hot air has to go somewhere.
